Booking & Cancellation Policy
•Guests can easily book their tours online.
•Free cancellation is available with at least 24 hours’ notice before the tour.
•On the day of payment, our courier will visit your hotel to collect the cash payment.
•After payment has been collected, cancellations are subject to a 100% cancellation fee (no refund).
Payment
•Payment is made in cash to our courier, on the day before the tour.
•Please prepare the exact amount in THB.
•The time of payment collection will be confirmed via WhatsApp or email.
Pickup & Timing
•Free hotel pickup is included in the tour price.
•Please be ready in your hotel lobby within the time frame specified in your ticket as the scheduled pickup time.
•The driver may have several hotel pickups, so small delays are possible.
Traveler Responsibility
•Guests are responsible for being ready at the pickup location on time.
•Missed pickups due to lateness are non-refundable.
•Please wear comfortable shoes and bring sun protection, water, and any personal essentials.
Weather Policy
•On the day of the tour, only the tour operator may cancel or reschedule the trip in case of heavy rain or unsafe weather conditions.
•Light rain shall not be considered a valid reason for cancellation.
Operator Rights
•The tour operator reserves the right to adjust the itinerary due to weather, sea conditions, or safety reasons.
•In rare cases of operator-initiated cancellation, guests will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
